Amending the tax return to report income direct rollover to IRA?

I forgot a direct rollover report (without tax liability, $ 0) in 16a of Form 1040. Does anyone know how to amend the tax return to reflect this information? I see a line for the 1040X. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you. Thank you very much for your answer. Could be!
